Ease of Getting a Deal Done

Because you deal directly with the developer and a non-commissioned sales staff, you’ll find everyone very accommodating. Our sales center is open 7 days a week, and we’ll even meet you at The Crescent after hours to show you a sunset from a particular residence, to show your best friends before you head out for dinner, or early Sunday morning to take measurements. If you want to move a wall, change the layout, or even create a yoga studio instead of a bedroom, we will help you make it happen. And when it comes to finalizing the price, agreeing to the closing date, or even helping you find a temporary apartment before your residence here is ready, you’ll find no one more accommodating.

There is a ½ acre of common area for all residents and their guests accessible on the 3rd floor. Residential Parking
Every residence comes with 2 or 3 (penthouses) parking spaces which are conveniently located next to the elevator which will take you closest to your unit. Parking is accessible off Carondelet Plaza or Forsyth Blvd. and entry is by remote control. All parking spaces are monitored 24 hours a day by the doorman so you can rest assured your privacy and safety are guarded.

Guest Parking
On the ground floor of the building are 89 parking spaces which are used by retail customers and residents guests. Residents guests are welcome to use our complimentary valet parking by pulling up in front of the building and having our attendants park their car.
